INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • Introductory meeting/complimentary consultation in Toronto with you to listen to your vision, expectations, budget and determine your needs.
  • At this meeting you will complete a Web Design Consultation Form.

RESEARCH & PROPOSAL

  • I will do some research on your service or organization's focus.
  • Based on our meeting I will come up with the best affordable solution and method to implement the ideas.
  • Preliminary draft of the website's structure and navigation along with a timeline and a cost quote is created for your approval.
  • Acceptance and initial deposit.

DOMAIN NAME & HOSTING

DESIGN OF WEBSITE

  • Graphic Design of the Home page and one other page of the website is completed for you to view and approve.
  • You can make suggestions or if you prefer I will re-design.
  • Upon written acceptance coding of the site will begin.

DEVELOPMENT OF ENTIRE WEBSITE

  • The structure and navigation plan of the entire website is prepared and submitted for your approval
  • If part of the proposal, a full SEO plan is conceived.
  • Written content is received and used as is, unless copywriting services or SEO editing are requested.
  • Images and any other materials are submitted.
  • Additional pages of the site are created and coded, in line with the SEO plan.

TESTING OF SITE

  • Trial of the website on different browsers to check compatibility.
  • A working session to review the site with me in person. It will last one to three hours during which I will listen to your feedback and refine details of the site.

LAUNCH ONTO THE WEB

  • Website is launched live onto the server and onto the web.
  • Any technical problems (if any) with site links and navigation are addressed following launch.
  • Balance is due.

MAINTENANCE

  • Affordable website maintenance is something you can do once a week, month or even year, depending on your needs.
  • Updating and changing textual content or images
  • Ongoing improvements to the website's Search Engine Optimization (SEO), to make sure that your website will be naturally ranked well in search engine results and that you will continue to get high-quality visitors and at the same time keep your website very affordable.
